Clinical Director
Hope Fine, a registered Respiratory
Therapist and a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist, has been
in health care for the past 25 years. She began her health
care career assisting the renowned Cardiac Surgeon - Denton
Cooley M.D. - in Houston Texas, focusing her skills in the
Cardio Vascular Post Surgical Intensive Care Unit treating
adults and children. Because of her specialized experience,
in 1982, Hope was invited to join a leading Cardio Vascular
Facility in South Florida (Northridge Hospital). She continued
her career working in area hospitals expanding her skills
in performing cardiac and pulmonary diagnostic testing including,
but not limited to, Stress Tests, Pulmonary Function Tests,
Bronchoscopies and Arterial Blood Gases. She has succeeded
in the capacity as a Supervisor and an Education Coordinator.
>Receiving Hyperbaric Training at the University of Pennsylvania,
becoming certified shortly thereafter and because of her diverse
achievements, Sechrist Industries, the leading manufacturer
of Hyperbaric Chambers, employed her to start their Hyperbaric
Oxygen Unit at Florida Medical Center in Ft. Lauderdale.

Expanding her knowledge
and skills with neurological patients in the field of HBOT,
Hope worked for Dr. Richard Neubauer, at the Ocean Hyperbaric
Center in Lauderdale By The Sea, Florida. Assembling all her
health care knowledge and skills, Hope opened the South Florida
Center for H.O.P.E. (Hyperbaric Oxygen Producing Environment)
in January 2002, creating a center with the highest code of
ethics, concentrating on excellent patient care, safety, cleanliness
and compassion. Hope has a philosophy that she emphasizes
to her staff, "The people that arrive at this center
for treatment are not clients; they are patients and should
be treated with compassion and respect."
